Qualifications:
University degree (Preferably medical)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing positions
English language - above average
MS Office - proficient
Driver’s license B category
Commercial or Marketing experience in Pharmaceutical business preferred
An in-depth knowledge of the health care system and customer’s need
Account management experience
Project management experience
Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent skills in time management, planning and managing budgets
Good listening skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Roles and responsibilities:
· Develops and executes (after approval) sales and marketing tactics/activities for products in assigned therapeutic area
· Delivers against agreed commercial and strategic objectives within the given budget and time frames
· Builds strong relationships with KOLs and key customers, to drive commercial development in relevant therapeutic area
· Promotes assigned products in accordance with EFPIA code, Swixx Biopharma Compliance standards and procedures
· Performs market analysis and/or research, based on which provides forecasts
· Based on market analysis, prepares plans to capture opportunities and decrease threats
· Provides internal input for the market access and business development activities as requested by direct supervisor
· Prepares reports on performed activities on a weekly basis
· Participates in relevant medical conferences and congresses
· Proactively increases his/her knowledge on relevant company products, competitors, therapeutic area
· Performs other professional duties in accordance with the reference documents of the quality management system
· Regularly completes relevant professional and business process trainings as required by Swixx Biopharma or partner companies
