Responsibilities:
Develop and execute all category strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets;
Lead a team of category managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment;
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks;
Optimize product assortments, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and profitability;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of category plans;
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve category performance;
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in category management;
Signing and administration of contracts with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG field;
Experience in category management or related roles;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
Knowledge of medicines and food supplement categories;
Excellent English skills;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
Proficiency in computer skills.
