Your responsibilities will include organizing, prioritizing, and analysing incoming information, handling correspondences, preparing reports and other documents for the team, tracking office expenses and other tasks. We expect you to provide comprehensive administrative support. This position serves as the link to the Medis Head Office in Ljubljana, Slovenia, which will give you the necessary support but will also expect prompt response and collaboration from your side.
Our expectations
- Bachelor degree
- 1–3 years of experience in an assistant or executive assistant role
- High degree of independence and reliability
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Speaking Russian is an advantage
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Monthly gross salary range is between 1200 - 2000 EUR + ability to get quarterly bonuses
